Fox broke audience records in Latin America with
the premiere of the second season of “The Walking Dead”.
  • The premiere of the 2nd season of The Walking Dead on FOX exceeded all rating expectations,
    reaching a record performance in the main markets of the region.
  • Fox was the #1 Pay TV Channel in Argentina, Colombia, Chile, MĂ©xico and PerĂş during the
    premiere of the new season of the series.(1)
  • FOX airs The Walking Dead every Tuesday at 10pm.


Buenos Aires, October 21st, 2011, FOX broke audience records on the premiere of the second Seaton of “The
Walking Dead” in Latin America. The series, based on Robert Kirkman’s comic book, which reflect the following months and years to a zombie apocalypses, already on its debut has proved to have caught the audience’s attention as well as the critics and in the main Latin American markets, just like it happened in the US.



The airing of the first episode of the 2nd season of “The Walking Dead" positioned FOX as the #1 pay TV channel in Mexico, with 2.76 rating points (2), in Colombia with 2.57 points (3), in Argentina with 2.07 (4), in Peru with 1.60 (5) and in Chile with 0.58 (6).



“The Walking Dead”, nominated for the 2010 Golden Globes for best series and winner of an Emmy award
in 2011, for best make-up with prosthesis, reaches FOX’s audience in 122 countries, in 35 languages and is
